Devendra Singh told that he did the course of hotel management. Wife is an officer in a government bank. The whole family is a good job. Devendra Singh himself was also working for Rs 90,000, but once he saw that fast food and big brands are being sold everywhere in Delhi, but Bihar’s traditional food is missing Litti Chokha, then he could not sleep many nights from here and planned to leave 90,000 jobs and plan to sell litti. During this time, the family felt that their son’s son had gone mad and will get the nose cut, because such a work is not considered good in the society from which he comes.
Despite this, he did not give up and sell Litti Chokha, today Devendra Singh’s turnover is in crores. Devendra Singh says that Litti Chokha is very beneficial for health. It is only eaten with flour, sattu, brinjal, onion and tomato vegetable and mustard sauce. This also fills the stomach. He said that every leader of Bihar including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bharatiya Janata Party leaders Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Shankar Prasad have tasted his Litti Chokha.
