The Startup Grace, which makes AC helmet, has been started by Kaustub, Anand and Srikanth, who lives in Hyderabad. Founders say that they realized that the technology of all things had changed, but there has been no change in the industrial safety gear protecting from the situation like electricity, height, heat, rain. In view of this, he has made the helmet modern. This startup has made three types of products. The first is AC helmet. The second is smartwolt. It tells where the consequence is running. The third is a smart carbinner. Through this, there is security in working by hanging at a height.
Ironman’s Jarvis came from JARSH
All three founders have been classmates, who have done engineering together from Hyderabad. Startup Founders said that the Industrial Safety Gear Industry is an industry of about 6 lakh crores. The name of the company comes from JARVIS of Jarsh Iron Man. The Gujarat Police started using the company’s AC helmet last year. Now the UP police is using them.
AC helmet is the biggest product
The company’s AC helmet is a patented technology, which works on a solid state cooling model. This helmet is slightly heavy than normal helmet, but gives a lot of rest in the situation like heat. The battery in this helmet runs for about 2 hours and gives cold air. On the other hand, if you add it to a battery tied on the waist, then you can take cold air for 10 hours.
Smartwolt and Smart Caribnner
Apart from this, the second product of the company is Smartvolt, which tells that there is a current without touching any electric wire. Every year about 3500 people die of electricity. Those who do electricity from smartwolts can know from a distance that there is no current in a wire or pole. This protects them. At the same time, the third product is a smart carbinner, due to which people get protection while hanging from height.
Company turnover
The company first started selling AC helmets. In the year 2023, the company’s sale was Rs 1.5 crore, with a loss of Rs 10 lakh. This entire business came only from AC helmet. Giving a pitch in Shark Tank India, the Zarsha Founder had said that in the year 2024 he is expected to sell Rs 6-7 crore, out of which 3-4 crores will come from only AC helmet. For the year 2025, the company is carrying a target of business of Rs 15 crore.
How much is the price
