The young man was born in the year 1990 in Bareilly called Jhumka City. Were weak in studies, failed many times and failed in engineering, banking and civil service examinations. But he did not give up. In 2013, he started with a job of Rs 7,000 in Noida. Then he got a better job in Bengaluru by taking a course from CDAC.
It is necessary to save every month
The young man told how a senior HR explained to him that it is necessary to save savings like rent, that is, it is necessary to save every month, such as paying a house rent. Also, he made a distance from the credit card and kept an eye on every expense. Gradually, they added money to savings and investment (FD, SIP and stocks). By the year 2018, he had saved Rs 5 lakh and collected Rs 7 lakh by mixing bonus from the new job. This bought the first flat in Noida. For this, he made a down payment with the help of his father and took a loan of about 55-60 lakh rupees.
He left no stone unturned to repay EMI. Instead of 12 in a year, I gave 14 EMI and put each bonus in reducing loans. Married in the year 2021 and took the second flat in Bengaluru in 2023. Apart from this, took a loan for the car. But today he has paid 75-80 percent of the total three loans.
Did not give up, fulfill dreams
He said that he was never a topper, did not take out IIT, did not go abroad, but did not give up. The key to his success was – discipline, frequent savings, simplicity life and self -sufficiency.
