Success story: Orphaned at the age of 15, became a mother at 16, but today runs 3 successful businesses

Inspirational success story: Life does not always take easy paths. For some people, the pain and struggles are so deep that just getting out of them becomes a victory. One such inspiring story is that of Paige Brooks. This is the story of a girl who became orphan at the age of 15, became a mother at the age of 16, and today is the owner of three successful businesses whose total value is around Rs 4.5 crore.

Paige’s life was full of difficulties since childhood. He left school at the age of 13. His father died in a motorcycle accident when he was 15. Father was his best friend. That incident broke him to the core. “I didn’t think I would live to be 16,” she said in an interview. Due to loneliness, she also remained trapped in many wrong relationships, because she had no place or support to go.

Started business for friendship

There came a time when she was living in a hostel with her first child. During that time his TV broke in a fight. He had no money, but he had an old gift card left. She bought him a Cricut machine and began learning how to make personalized drinkware (like mugs, bottles, etc.). The work which he started to pass time gradually became the biggest turning point of his life.

He converted his hobby into a small business named Behind the Trend. In the beginning she was not doing it to earn money, but to make friends with people. But his true intentions and hard work soon brought him success. Within a few years, she started earning lakhs from that business and became self-reliant.

Did a lot for women and children

As Paige’s business grew, she did not forget how lonely she herself was at one time. She realized that there are many women who have no one to talk to or seek support from. With this in mind, she started organizing safe events for women, like pajama night, movie night or spa night, where hundreds of women could come together to feel relaxed and make friends.

Her biggest dream was to create a safe place where women and children could feel at home without fear. He bought an old gym and filled it with love and affection. She said, “I wanted this place to feel like home, because there are many women and children who do not have anyone safe with them.”

Today, when Paige looks at her life, she herself cannot believe that she is the same girl who had once lost hope of living. There is a happy family, a successful business and a strong community. For him, real success lies not in cars or money, but in the smiling faces he has encouraged through his efforts.
