Navinder Yadav, a farmer from Barbanna village in Araria district, who started goat rearing about 5 years ago. He told in a conversation with Local 18 that this business can be started at a low cost. Currently he is following 5 goats. Where a goat gives two children in a season. When a goat child is formed a goat (Khasi), he is sold for about 8-10 thousand rupees. He told that with this goat rearing, he is earning 1 lakh rupees easily sitting at home annually.
Farmer Navinder Yadav says that when a goat child (khasi) becomes, he also has more demand. The sale of goat khasi also makes good profits. He also told that goat milk is very beneficial for children and it also earns even better.
