Struggle since childhood
Sitaram Patel’s childhood was spent under very simple circumstances. The family was related to farming and farming, but the income was not enough that the expenses of the house could run easily. For this reason, Sitaram started working at a young age along with studies. 2006 proved to be the turning point of Sitaram’s life. The job was not getting satisfaction and the dream of doing something of himself was making him restless. But where does the capital come from? The condition of the house was such that the imagination of a large amount was also difficult. Then the mother pledged her jewelry to fulfill her son’s dream. Sitaram started mobile business with this sacrifice of mother. With this capital, he laid the foundation of “Shri Dadaji Mobile” and “HDM Sales”.
Fruit of hard work and honesty
The initial phase was not easy, experience was low, market understanding was also limited. But Sitaram did not give up. He acted honestly and considered the trust of the customers to be the biggest capital. This was the reason that gradually his business increased and today he is doing business of warehouse in the name of retail business, Bata showrooms, successful seats and successful industries along with the mobile agency.
Today Sitaram’s business extends to four surrounding districts including Khandwa. From mobile agency to seed and warehouse, many of their businesses are running simultaneously. He achieved all this within just twenty years. While once used to work at ₹ 150 months, today he is a successful entrepreneur to provide employment to many youth.
Learning from conflict
Sitaram says that business has to struggle for three to five years. During this time you have to be patient, maintain honesty and never let the trust of customers break down. Once a good image is created in the market, the work starts running automatically.
Sitaram gives credit to his mother. They say that the mother’s jewelry was their first capital and the blessings of the mother gave strength to increase the business. Today, he has gathered every facility for his mother and sisters, which he had never imagined.
Inspiration for youth
Sitaram’s story is not just the success of business, but a living example of making dreams come true. They tell the youth to never give up. Difficulties will definitely come, but if there is honesty and confidence in the mind, then the destination will definitely be found one day.
