Arvind started with a very small level. First he started selling home -made pickles and papad. If people liked the taste, then they thought why not turn it into big business. Gradually they created new tastes. Today they have 500 types of pickles, mango, lemon, chilli, garlic to different flavors. Apart from this, Arvind has papad of flavor like ragi, beet, spinach, whose demand is very high among people.
Important role of women
Arvind says that many women of the village are also involved in this work. She prepares pickles and papad, which not only strengthens business but women also get employment. Arvind says that about 7 to 8 women are in this work here, which makes pickles and papad day and night. The special thing is that no goods were prepared by the machine. It is made in all the house with pure spices.
