Sultanpur: There is a person in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, whom people know as ‘Iron Man’. He has achieved success in this competition, after which he is being called Iron Man.
If there is courage and passion in the heart then any person can do any work easily. An example of this has been presented by Sudhir Kumar Singh, resident of Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. He has brought glory to Sultanpur in the entire country by successfully completing Ironman 70.3 Goa, one of the toughest triathlons in India.
In this prestigious competition, participants have to complete 1.9 kilometer open sea swimming, 90 kilometer cycling and 21 kilometer half marathon. He has achieved success in this competition, after which he is being called Iron Man.

Sudhir Singh, who brought glory to Sultanpur in this world level challenge, is a resident of Pura Keshavrai Bahrauli village of Dubeypur block. They are two brothers and their father Shitala Prasad Singh is an advocate in Sultanpur Civil Court. Sudhir’s father Shitala Prasad Singh told during a conversation with Local 18 that Sudhir had passed the Civil Services Examination in the year 2010 and is currently working as Deputy COM (Goods) in Northern Railway Headquarters, Delhi. He has been a brilliant student during his student days.
Great performance in tough competition
Participants from India and abroad took part in this world level competition organized in Goa. Sudhir completed the challenge of 1.9 kilometer sea swimming, 90 kilometer cycling and 21 kilometer running in just 6 hours 27 minutes. There is a wave of happiness in the entire village due to his achievement.
Vinay Kumar Singh, who studied with him and resident of Bahrauli village, said that Sudhir achieved this position on the strength of hard work, discipline and strong will, which is a source of inspiration for the youth. We want that other youth of our village should also bring glory to the village and the district in this way.
