Animesh Kumar Parashar will remain in the additional charge of the Patna Commissioner as well as the Managing Director (MD) of Bihar State Construction Development Construction Corporation (Budco). For a long time, he was working as the Commissioner of Patna Municipal Corporation.
Animesh Kumar Parashar is a 2010 batch IAS officer. He was born in the remote Nawadih village under Obra block of Aurangabad district. He completed his schooling at the local level. He completed his class XII from the famous college Sinha College in the district. There was a habit of thinking and deeply understanding Animesh along with Dhai. His style is happy. Sleep is very sweet since childhood.
After leaving an ordinary school in the village, Animesh passed the difficult examination of IIT and enrolled in IIT Kharagpur. While studying there, he realized that real satisfaction is not only in personal success, but in the service of society. Leaving the brightness of the corporate sector, he chose the path of service to the country.
Animesh Kumar Parashar, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, made headlines by securing 30th rank in the prestigious UPSC exam in 2010. First of all, he was selected for the Indian Forest Service, but with his hard work, he became an IAS while performing brilliantly in the Civil Services Examination.
After becoming IAS, Animesh worked in many districts and departments of Bihar. Wherever he lived, he was recognized in his own way. At present, he was holding the post of Commissioner of Patna Municipal Corporation and Budco Managing Director.
To make Patna a chak, the campaign run by them is discussed across the country. He did many experiments in the fields of cleanliness, urban development and digital innovation. With his initiative, Patna Municipal Corporation got recognition at the national level.
