Only 11th pass transgender woman has made her dairy farm, earning her own livelihood

Chennai Transgender Pooja, who lives in K Red Hills area, has become an inspiration for thousands of people today. Pooja has started her own cattle form by breaking the boundaries of society and now she is making her identity and livelihood through this. While most transgender communities are stuck in traditional works or limited options, Pooja has made a new path by adopting self -employment.

This time, the South Indian Transgender Federation is celebrating its 25th anniversary and many awareness programs and competitions will be organized under it.

Transgender women’s confidence will be seen in Miss Guvgam

The beauty competition to be held on the 12th ‘Miss Govagam’ is in special discussion this time. Its first round will be held at 10 am in Anjaneya Wedding Hall in Villupuram and the final round at 7 pm at the municipal ground. In this competition, the winning transgender women will be honored, so that they can become an example for others.

Only 11th pass Pooja broke the fetters of the society
Pooja says that she was able to study only till 11th standard, but she never gave up. Pooja is working today by forming a group with 10 transgender women. They believe that being transgender does not mean that we have to go into the sex industry only, but we can also become self -sufficient like common people.

Government help and society got together

Pooja told that she got the benefit of some welfare schemes from the government, which made her her cattle form. Initially, when he started selling milk, people used to hesitate to get milk from him. But Pooja did not give up and continued her work with patience.

Now worship is distributed in the area
Today the same people, who used to shy away from taking milk from them, have now become customers of worship. Pooja distributes milk in the area with full confidence. He told that now he is getting the support of the society, and he is working stress -free and engaged in his work. Due to this, he is also getting good income with respect.
