Mohan Dhakle/Burhanpur: Even after studying, when you do not get a job, life stops. But many women of Burhanpur are pursuing this stopping time today with their skills. The reason is – Rural Level Employment Training Institute, where they are being trained in absolutely free sewing.

Free sewing course to self -reliance
Every year dozens of women and youth are trained by the institute in skills like sewing, beauty parlor, computer. This time more than 20 women have enrolled in the sewing course and all the facilities of living, eating, training are being provided free of cost.

“My journey started from the employment fair” – the story of Sapna Taade

Sapna Taade of Adgaon says, “We went to an employment fair, while we got information about this institution. During 30 days of training, we learned to sew men and women’s clothes. Now sitting at home, we are earning from 300 to 400 rupees daily.”

Sonali’s tongue – “Now my confidence has returned”
Sonali, who is training training, says, “Earlier we were not aware of the sewing, but now we can get suits, pajamas, blouses everything. Employment and honor too.”

Training runs throughout the year, dozens of courses available

The institute has 12 months of training, in which more than 12 courses are given. As soon as the date of the course is fixed and the seats are vacant, batch is started on the same basis. Training is given under the supervision of master trainers.
