About 30 years ago, Raju Seni installed a small cart in a corner of the street. Initially the number of customers was small, there were no facilities, but they never compromised on taste and cleanliness. Lalit Seni used to go on a cart with his father since childhood. From there, he learned everything from cooking lentils to the customer. After completing his studies, he did not just run the cart, but made it like a brand.
