Abhinav has previously worked as a manager in multinational companies, but his real interest was in agriculture. They are trying to give better profits and good crops to farmers through organic farming.

Abhinav has started a Railikum Organic plant in Bariahi of Kahara block of Saharsa district, where the earthworms of Australia Breed are followed. Initially, the earthworms brought from Haryana have now increased so much that Abhinav is supplying them in many states. They also prepare organic manure from earthworms and are also providing employment to many people in this plant.

The annual turnover is over 1.5 million

Abhinav told Local 18 that it has been 2 years since the Vermi compost plant set up. In this plant, organic manure is prepared in a commercial manner, which is supplied in Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand and other states. Currently 6 people are getting employment and organic manure is being prepared in 150 beds in this plant. 30 tonnes of organic manure is being produced every month and the annual turnover is more than 1.5 million. He told that there is a lot to learn in the agriculture sector and people can move forward with this field. Nowadays farmers are using chemical more in their fields, which affects the crop. For the purpose of removing this problem, this plant has been set up, so that farmers can adopt old customs.
