In Uttar Pradesh, farmer Sanjay Saini of Saharanpur makes many types of millet products and supplies it across the country. Along with being a panacea for health as well as the cultivation of coarse grains, farmers are earning more than before.

Sanjay Saini of Saharanpur takes the seeds given on government grants and makes them cultivate them and then buying their yield and making many types of products from them. They supply these products across the country. Sanjay has become a source of employment of many people at this time.

In a conversation with Local 18, farmer Sanjay Saini says that he has been doing the work of millets for many years. Earlier, he used to work in jaggery and sugar. Used to make jaggery registers and 102 types of products. In 2018, he laid the foundation of his institution.

In 2023, the government said that the millets are very beneficial for our health. It controls many diseases. After that Sanjay started preparing and selling many types of products like salty, biscuits, laddus, jalebi, rasgulla and halwa etc. from the millets.

Products prepared from millets are being sold at good prices. Demand also remains a lot of this. They are demanding products made from millets from all over the country.
