Khagaria News: The first National Change Makers Meet was held at Banas Dairy in Gujarat. 51 social reformers from 27 states were honored. Sanjeev Dome of Khagaria in Bihar was awarded the National Change Makers Award for removing untouchability and 18 years long campaign for social reform.

The First National Change Makers Meet was organized by the coordination establishment at Asia’s largest Banas Dairy, Banaskantha in Palanpur district of Gujarat. In this program, those unhappy heroes across the country were honored, who are working towards social reform and change even in difficult situations.

Sanjeev Dome started a campaign to eradicate untouchability and has been working for a change in society without any government or foreign help for the last 18 years. Hundreds of children have got a better life due to their efforts.

Many leaders including Union Minister Rajnath Singh appreciated Sanjeev Dome’s social reform journey. His works have been appreciated nationally and internationally. He has received Karmaveer Chakra and Gold Medal from the United Nations (UN).

From Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate to Prakash Jha and Nitin Chandra’s documentary, their social reform identity has been presented. He was awarded the National Change Makers Award in this meat
