Whose parents have been picking up paper, glass and plastic throughout the day, those children have demonstrated in the twelfth examination that today the whole village and society is taking their names proudly. Nobody had a separate room to study, no one had a mobile or laptop, but these children achieved great success on the strength of their hard work and confidence.

Shruti Jadhav became an example of hard work
Shruti Jadhav, whose father Shivaji Vitthal Jadhav picks garbage by profession, has scored 82.6% in Arts stream. She is a student of Modern College, Pune and has achieved this success without any tuition or coaching. Shruti says that the condition of the house was so bad that it was difficult to take a separate time for studies. But he did not give up and used every opportunity to study in college. Now his dream is to go ahead and study economics and improve his family’s condition.

Meenakshi Ingale’s success raised hope in the village

Meenakshi Ingale of Washim district has secured 82.7% marks in the Faculty of Commerce. His father Pandharinath Ingale also works for garbage. There is no permanent means of earning at home, yet Meenakshi never allowed her studies to become a burden. He made books and knowledge his weapon and today his success is inspiring every child of the village to move forward.

Rohit’s insistence honored
Rohit’s story is the most special. When he was in the fifth grade, his mother started collecting garbage due to illness and poverty. His studies were repeatedly interrupted due to poverty. He had to take the tenth exam five times. But he never gave up. Eventually, he passed the twelfth with 66.17% marks in the seventh attempt. There are tears of happiness in his mother’s eyes today. She says that whenever the son was tired, she used to give her courage and say – ‘You can do son’. Today, Rohit’s name is being taken proudly in the entire village.

Sakshi, Sairaj, Harsh and Kamble also showed amazing
These successful students are also names like Sakshi Phadke (77.83%, Commerce), Sairaj Sonawane (73%, Commerce), Sakshi Kamble (64%, Science), Harsh Mahavir (51.17%, Science), whose homes did not have a good financial condition. Nevertheless, these children learned to fight the situation and achieved great success on their own. Today these students are not only appreciated not only schools and colleges, but society.
