District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan’s father was a farmer and also an agricultural scientist. He received his primary education from RPS Inter College and stayed here and prepared for the civil service, in which he got success.
District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan started a separate initiative to effectively listen and resolve the complaints of the public. Earlier, the general public had to be very upset for the disposal of complaints, but understanding this problem, they established the monitoring cell. Through this cell, the complainants could get better facilities and their grievances should be resolved in a timely manner, it was ensured. At the same time, he instructed the officials to answer the people concerned as feedback after redressing the complaints.
Amethi District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan started his administrative life with the post of Deputy District Magistrate (SDM). After this, he held small and big positions in many districts, taking over various responsibilities in ADM, Municipal Commissioner and Municipal Development Authority. In every role, he established himself as an effective and responsible officer by introducing efficient administrative ability.
District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan, taking a commendable initiative to promote education in the district, established a book bank. He ensured that poor children do not have any kind of difficulty in studies. For this, book banks were set up along with library in panchayat buildings of the district, where text books were made available to needy children for free. Not only this, the children should get a proper environment for studies, for this, they also made arrangements to sit there and study as a class. This initiative benefited many students directly and they got better educational facilities.
District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan is from a farmer family, so his attachment is also to promote farming and farming. He gave benefits to farmers by landing on the ground many better schemes in Amethi, due to which whether it is banana cultivation, strawberry cultivation, dragon fruit cultivation or other farming, they are earning millions of rupees with the inspiration of DM.
