Tanishk and Tanya from Amethi started perfume startup ‘Uncrowned Brand’ while studying in 12th. Today he is earning lakhs from this work. He started this work with the money from his sister’s piggy bank.
Amethi: Nothing happens with wings, flight happens with courage. This saying fits perfectly with Tanishk and Tanya of Amethi. At a young age, these brothers and sisters, with their courage and hard work, achieved such a feat, whose example inspires every youth. Tanishk and Tanya, who are currently studying in class 12th, have together started their own perfume brand ‘Uncrowned Brand’. Both of them prepare perfumes at home by bringing chemicals from Kanpur and other places. After this, they are packed through machines and sold in the market and online platforms.
While talking to Local 18, Tanishk told that he had shared this idea with his sister and friends. Some friends did not show interest, but some supported him. Meanwhile, sister Tanya invested the money from her piggy bank and savings in this work. Apart from this, teachers also provided financial help and this startup was started with a capital of only Rs 15,000. Today this small effort has taken a big form. Tanishk says that he makes a profit of around Rs 30 to 40 from one perfume. On an average, 500 to 1000 rupees are saved every day, which results in earning of lakhs of rupees in a year.
