An example of this is the dairy farm of Akshay Kumar Javalia of Rupwas village in Sirsa district of Haryana. After taking MSc (Mathematics) degree, Akshay did not run after the job, but he decided to do business in his village itself. The family always raised buffalo. So, Ajay chose the path to make his career in this traditional work. There are 370 buffaloes in his dairy farm started with eight buffaloes. They sell milk worth 25 lakh rupees every month. Ghee and cow dung manure separate. Ajay also gives permanent employment to 14 people.

The echo of this success of Akshay is being heard not only in his form of his form. Akshay, who has become an example of determination, innovation and hard work, has proved the traditional animal husbandry business to new heights with the help of modern techniques that not only ‘jobs’ cannot be achieved by taking high education, but with knowledge and courage, traditional professions can also be made a gold mine.

A year later, he made 40 buffaloes in his dairy. His work went on. In his field, he made shed and other facilities for animals. Akshay was fond of animal husbandry since childhood. Due to buffalo in the house, he also knew about the maintenance of buffaloes and good nasal. So, his dairy continued to progress day by day.

Milk started selling itself

Initially, Akshay used to sell milk to milk traders on his farm itself. After some time, he realized that milky takes the cheap milk from them and sells expensive further. He himself decided to go to the city and sell milk. Took a car and contacted those who sell milk in Sirsa city. His milk was good, so his customers got tied quickly and he started getting a good rate of his product.

1300 liters of milk sells daily

Akshay, who started milk business with only 8 animals in the year 2017, is 370 animals today. Of these, 180 buffaloes give milk regularly. Milk is more in winter, while low in summer. They sell 1300 liters of milk daily. Two-three big milk suppliers are their customers in Sirsa city, while in the city itself, they themselves also sell milk in retail in the morning and evening. His milk is sold for Rs 65-70 a kg. Akshay says that on an average, he sells milk worth Rs 25 lakh a month.

Earning from ghee and cow dung also

Apart from milk, renewable ghee and cow dung also earn from manure. When milk becomes more in winter, they also make ghee for three months. Apart from this, every year they also have about 350 trolley cow dung manure. They also earn well by selling cow dung manure at Rs 1600 per trolley. Akshay says that if a person gives the time and hard work, if it takes three years to establish his business, then no one can stop him from being successful.
