250 times failed, then made Asia’s first peanut butter powder – now there was a boom worldwide!

Gujarat A new thinking emanating from the city of Amreli has opened a new path of business not only in the state but all over the country. Poojan Jayantibhai Kachhadia, son of a farmer from Amreli district, made a unique use of making peanut butter powder from peanuts and turned it into reality. For the first time in Asia, by making such powder, he proved that if the intentions are strong then the village-city does not matter.

No government job after studies, the path of business
Poojanbhai completed his master’s degree. After this, he started preparing for government jobs first. But after some time an idea came to his mind – why not do something that becomes an example in the country while living in Amreli. This thinking turned him towards business and he started research in different websites and business places.

Deal to make what is not made in India

Poojanbhai told that he wanted to make something that no one makes in India till date. During the research, he came to know that Peanut Butter Powder only makes two companies of America and there is no construction in India. He got his way from here. He studied peanuts deeply and decided that he would make peanut butter powder, using Amreli’s yield properly.

250 times failed, then success was found
Poojanbhai told that he failed 249 times in an attempt to make this powder. Every time there was some shortage in testing. But he did not give up and finally achieved success in the 250th time. This powder made from peanuts peanuts of Amreli is now being liked in the country and abroad.

Not just taste, this powder is also a treasure of health

Milk butter contains only 10-12% protein, while this peanut powder contains up to 50% protein. This is the reason that now doctors are also advising to eat it. Poojanbhai says that 180 kg powder is prepared by grinding about 400 kg of peanuts daily. These powders are found in three tastes and customers buy it hands and hands.

Good profit, people get employment
According to Poojanbhai, due to this business, he gets about 8 to 10% profit daily and sales reach 40 thousand rupees. In this work, he has given employment to more than 15 people. The factory has machines worth more than Rs 2 crore. Poojanbhai himself went to different countries and took training and guidance and then started this project in his city.
