The customers here put a line from a simple plate of 30 rupees to a special Jhalamudi of 100 rupees. The taste is such that once the eater comes again and again.
Rahul says that up to 400 plates are sold daily, due to which they earn from ₹ 2000 to ₹ 2500 per day.
Rahul runs his stall from 4 pm to 10 pm. As the night happens, the crowd of customers increases. On special occasions, he has also added chaat and fast food stalls, which has increased the income.
