After a serious accident in 2007, when he conducted seven operations, doctors said that even if they can walk properly in future, it will be a big thing, and forget the workout or boxing. However, boxing and sports passion inside Rohtas never decreased. While lying on bed for two years, he searched for the records of pushups on the internet, and this is where he started his journey to become ‘pushup man of India’.

Recently, Rohtas broke Pakistan’s record by 722 pushups in an hour on one leg with a weight of 27.875 kg and recorded his name in the Guinness World Record. During a special conversation with her at the opening ceremony of the second edition of Staers Youth National Games and first for the first time, Rohtas said that her next goal is to break the record of 500 pushups with US 46 kg weight, which he will soon achieve and dedicate it to India.

Poor people used to say

Rohtas Chaudhary said that he woke up the passion to go to sports in class X and he started his career with boxing, after the father’s death in 2004, he handled boxing as well as the family’s transport business. However, in 2007, a truck hit his bike, in which he was seriously injured. Many bones including his spine got hurt. Seven operations took place after being in bed for two years. When the doctors asked him if he would ever be able to do a workout again, the answer was that it would be a big thing to walk right on his feet right now. People started calling him ‘poor’, but Rohtas decided to erase the word from his life.

Make yoga support
In 2011, he adopted yoga and changed his life through it. With the help of yoga, he could stand again on his feet. After this, he started breaking records one after the other and became ‘pushup man of India’. Today Rohtas Chaudhary is an inspirational icon of the Fit India Movement, who is inspiring millions of people with his hard work and passion.

Body made without steroid powder
Rohtas Chaudhary said that today’s youth are using steroid powder in the process of building a body, which is actually proving poison for his body. This powder can slowly spoil their kidney and liver and can also cause serious heart diseases. He clarified that he never consumed steroid powder. His routine includes an apple to get up in the morning, after which he does workouts and eat sprouted grains. For many years, they have stopped consuming wheat and gives prominence to green vegetables, seasonal fruits, milk and curd in their diet. On the basis of this healthy diet and hard work, he has created his fitness and body. Rohtas believes that youth should also include nutritious and natural things in their diet.
