Vikas Chaudhary says that he completed his engineering studies from IIT BHU in the year 2017. Since college, his dream was to join civil service and contribute to the field of society and administration. After completing his studies, he started working in CAG, but he did not let his focus go away from his goal. Along with the job, he continued preparing for RAS in limited time and achieved this brilliant success in his very first attempt.

Vikas gives credit for his success to his elder brother. He says that his brother guided him at every step, inspired him to study and maintained his courage in difficult times. He told that during preparation, Burr used to study for 4 to 5 hours daily. After the exam notification was released, I started studying for 8 hours. He told that he did not do any offline coaching during his preparation for RAS, he used to take online classes on his mobile during his free time and on his off days during his job. He told that every milestone is being achieved through hard work.

These questions were asked
Vikas tells that he was asked many questions in the RAS interview. One question was related to his current post. He was asked what is the job profile of Divisional Accounts Officer and what are his responsibilities. Along with this, the interview board also asked that if an XEN of the PWD department manipulates the payment, then in such a situation what rights does the Divisional Accounts Officer have and what kind of action can he take. Apart from this, he was also asked questions on the mineral resources of Rajasthan and their types of mining.

Vikas says that in a competitive exam like RAS, continuous study, confidence and patience are the keys to success. Giving a message to the youth, he said that if the goal is clear and efforts are made honestly, then success is definitely achieved. He said that his elder brother has supported him a lot. Whenever any problem arose at home, he alone would now take care of it.
