RAS Exam Topper: It is true that if there is hard work and dedication, every destination can be achieved. Dinesh Kajla, a youth from Jerthi village of Sikar district, has shown this statement a reality. Dinesh has brought glory to the entire area and his family by securing 63rd rank in the prestigious Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Examination (RAS) 2023 conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC).

Sikar says that no destination is impossible to achieve with hard work and dedication, Dinesh Kajla of Jerathi village of Sikar district has proved this to be true. Dinesh has achieved 63rd rank by performing brilliantly in the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Examination RAS 2023 of Rajasthan Public Service Commission RPSC.

Dinesh Kajla told that he was selected in the Labor Inspector recruitment in the year 2021. He got his first posting in Churu in May 2024 but to concentrate on the preparation for the exam, he took an extension of three months, after which he joined the job in August and continued preparing for the interview.

Preparation along with the job was not easy but Dinesh made time for studies through discipline and time management. He told that after a full day’s work, he used to come home and study for 6 to 8 hours. Family and friends also continuously motivated him.

Dinesh’s father Vedprakash is a farmer. Despite coming from a farmer family, Dinesh made it to the administrative service with his hard work. He says that since childhood, his dream was to go into government service. He did B.Tech from Delhi Technological University. The village environment inspired him to think from the grassroots level and do something for the society. Dinesh’s elder brother Girish is a sub inspector in BSF.

During the interview, many important questions were asked to Dinesh. The officials wanted to know that if a laborer brings a problem related to provident fund against a contractor, then how would they settle it. Apart from this, his understanding of the schemes and policies of the Labor Department was also tested.

Dinesh told that in the interview, he was asked to explain the difference between the missiles used by India during Operation Sindoor. He answered all the questions with a calm mind. He said that with confidence, honesty and proper preparation, every difficulty becomes easy, this was the basic mantra of his success.

Dinesh says that he achieved this success in his second attempt, even though he did not get success in the first attempt but he did not lose courage, by working hard and changing his strategy, this time he made his dream come true. He says that hard work is the real key to success.
