Godda: An inspirational news has come from Godda, which proves that there is no age to read and learn. 68-year-old Satish Jha, a resident of Mahagama, is a living example of this. Even after retiring from the teacher’s job eight years ago, his interest in education has not diminished. Currently, he is doing a one -year diploma course from ISKCON in Ayodhya to Srimad Bhagwat. He enrolled it a year ago and regularly participates in online classes.

Educational journey extremely long and inspiring

Satish Jha says that ever since he started studies, he never took a break. His educational journey has been very long and inspiring. In 1972, he passed the matriculation examination from Jayanarayan +2 High School in Mahagama. After this, SP College Dumka studied inter in the Faculty of Science and earned a bachelor’s degree from biology.

After graduation, he returned home and opened the stationery shop and started business. Meanwhile, he was interested in journalism and in 1980, he received a diploma in Journalism from Delhi University and worked in All India Radio Bhagalpur. During this, he completed his LLB studies from Bhagalpur Law College and got advocate for advocacy in Patna. From 1989 to 1994, he also practiced advocating in the Godda Behavior Court.

After this, he got a tendency towards education and in 1994 he got a job of government teacher. While a teacher, he also became a instructor and during the service period he earned a B.Ed degree from Deoghar B.Ed. College. He did a foundation course for skill development of disabled children and also received a postgraduate degree in Hindi subject from IGNOU. In 2008, he went to Haridwar and obtained the degree of yoga instructor under the guidance of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev. In January 2018, he retired from the post of teacher, but did not stop the order of studies. After retirement, he earned a three -year degree in Geeta from ISKCON Ayodhya and is now doing diploma in Srimad Bhagwat.

They contribute in the field of education

Presently, Satish Jha is not only studying himself but is also contributing to the field of education. He is a teacher of biology at Mahagama Kasturba Residential School and also gives coaching of biology to children from class 10 to 12 in free time. Apart from this, they are also active in religious works and do the work of worshiping and construction of horoscope. This life journey of Satish Jha is an inspiration for the society that education is never a fascinating of age. If the desire to learn and curiosity is alive in the heart, whatever the age, the thirst of knowledge can always be fulfilled.
