Tribal women who are limited to four-fervor and stove only, are the directors of their own company today and they too of crores! 750 rural women of Jalkun village of Khalwa block of Khandwa district are not only running their homes through Agricultural Namami Livelihoods Company Company Limited, but are also changing the economy of the village.

It is not a common company, but 100% of women, for women and women, where all women are women, from shareholders to manager, field worker, and even marketing experts.

1.5 crore turnover in 1 year, that too from the forest!

Started in the year 2023, this company made a turnover of more than Rs 1.5 crore in just 12 months. Women grow medicinal crops here, collect natural products like Mahua, Harra, Behra from the forest, and now they are making herbal colors, Ayurvedic medicines whose demand is from Khandwa to Gujarat and Chhattisgarh.

Neither certificate, nor MBA, yet professional management!
These women do not have any management degree but have the spirit to work.
They have not only understood subjects like banking, GST, digital transactions and marketing strategy, but have also implemented practically.

All the accounts of the company, the purchase and sale of goods, and staff management also see women themselves.

Herbal color on Holi and color of change throughout the year
On the last Holi festival, the company launched 100% herbal colors made, which were sold not only to the city but to other states.
Now these women are planning to sell their products on online platforms as well.
